BIO

Felicia Hall Allen has captured a huge audience and made a name for herself as a compelling and energetic presenter.  She brings unique depth to specialties of leadership, management, organizational development, team building, executive coaching, networking and special investigations.  Now one of the premier resources for business leadership, she has shared her blue-chip advice and expertise on how to turn potential into peak performance for key sports, community and business leaders at Wachovia, Coca-Cola Consolidated, Microsoft, the United States Olympic Committee, NCAA,  colleges and universities and several not-for-profit organizations around the nation.

Felicia is the former Executive Director of Leadership America North, a statewide women’s leadership organization that educates, connects and empowers women leaders to improve North Carolina communities.

Felicia remains a member of the New Jersey State Bar.  Recently, she was selected by Charlotte’s Business Journal as of the “Top 40, Under 40”.  In addition, she was honored by a Child’s Place as one of the “First Ladies of Charlotte” and recognized by The Charlotte Post Publishing Company as a “Person of Prominence.”

A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Felicia earned a basketball scholarship to the University of Iowa where she earned two degrees - one in elementary education the other a Juris Doctorate from the College of Law.  She would go on to intern with the National Collegiate Athletic Association and later head to Atlanta to work the 1996 Summer Olympic Games.

Both Felicia’s resolve and enthusiasm enabled her to excel as manager for NIKE’s ® women’s basketball sports marketing division.  Mrs. Allen combined her love for law and basketball as Vice President of Team Operations for the WNBA Charlotte Sting.  Her leadership style and business savvy helped guide the Charlotte Sting from the league’s second worst record to the second best team as WNBA Eastern Conference Champions in just two seasons.

As President and CEO of Felicia Hall Allen & Associates, Felicia is living her dream of helping others to see the possibilities that exist within and around them to maximize their potential.  Her gift for igniting one’s passion and her ability to convey a sense of urgency among her listeners causes even the casual observers to pause and take note.

Felicia is married to Johnny Allen, President and CEO of Tentmakers, Inc.
